Published on:<\/strong> December 21, 2021<\/em><\/p>\n FTA today announced the award of a cooperative agreement totaling $545,000 to CALSTART, a Pasadena, California-based nonprofit organization that works on sustainable transportation, to administer the agency\u2019s new Research to Practice (R2P) Initiative<\/a>. The goal is to identify the best ways to promote FTA\u2019s research so transit agencies can put promising results into practice.<\/p>\n R2P will help FTA advance innovation by effectively communicating the results of FTA\u2019s most promising research findings across the transit industry as well as develop strategies to put successful results into use on the ground.<\/p>\n
