Published on: <\/strong>February 28, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n As a reminder, FTA is hosting a webinar on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) requirements on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, from 2:00 pm\u20133:00 pm CT. Register<\/a> to participate in the webinar and review the FTA Dear Colleague Letter<\/a> to learn about Bipartisan Infrastructure Law changes to PTASP requirements.<\/p>\n The new requirements apply to transit agencies that are required to have an Agency Safety Plan (ASP) in place under the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673<\/a>). FTA encourages transit agencies to review their ASP to determine if it meets these requirements.<\/p>\n All FTA updates related to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law are available on www.transit.dot.gov\/BIL<\/a>.
