In our efforts to continuously improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery and oversight, OTAT is re-assessing each of our functional areas, including the role and scope of the Transit Project Manager position. As part of this, we would like to get input directly from our local partners.Â
In short, we want to better understand what elements of the TPM role is of greatest and least importance to you.
