About this Program: The Leadership Training Program is designed for Minnesota rural and tribal public transit systems to enhance leadership skills and competencies to advance leadership and management within their organization.
There are three levels of the LTP: Executive/Transit Director, Manager/Operations Manager, and Supervisor/Lead Driver. You can find more information to help you choose the right level on each registration page, or reach out to mariah.kathan@drbteam.com for assistance.
Each level will participate in 6 two-day training sessions and receive 1-hour coaching sessions and participate in a 1-hour peer networking group every other month along with some pre-work and assignments.
