Build Your Transit Leadership Skills with the 2023– 2024 Leadership Training Program - Minnesota Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP)

Dates: November/December 2023–August 2024 Location: Hosted by transit agencies around the state

Time Commitment

Manager/Executive: 4–5 two-day training days, 1-hour coaching sessions and 1- hour peer networking group every other month, some pre-work and assignments.
Supervisor/Lead Driver: 2 one-day sessions, very light pre-work and assignments. Cost: Free (covered by RTAP)
