Upcoming Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train-the-Trainer 2026

The Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train-the-Trainer Course is for agency trainers. This course is taught by Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and covers communication skills and ways to effectively assist passengers for van and bus drivers. This course is relevant for first time trainers, however if you have taken this course but are interested in taking it again please reach out to Jaycie.kratky@drbteam.com and she will provide further information. This in-person training provides the opportunity for you to network with other agency trainers from across the state and learn from each other.
