All courses offered through RTAP are offered in compliance with RTAP guidelines. If you are a Special Transportation Services (STS) provider, you must consult with the STS office at MnDOT to satisfy their training requirements.  Courses offered through RTAP are not necessarily compliant with STS requirements.
