Description: Course content will include FTA requirements, State of Minnesota and specifically DBE / requirements included in the contract and / or small business requirements, Good faith efforts, state contracting, competitive bidding requirements. Introduction to procurement, request for proposals and competitive negotiation cost or price analysis & risk assessment, including contract administration. FTA requirements for purchasing vehicles / fleet and an overview of the State of Minnesota’s contracts for procuring fleet. (Course #4002)
