Description: Offered by DRI Consulting, participants will learn executive leadership principles and strategies that will increase their effectiveness as executives. There will be opportunities to strengthen their skills in the following areas: communication, public speaking, decision-making, managing a wider span of control, emotional intelligence, and networking.
