DEADLINE EXTENDED: Operation Lifesaver Inc. Rail Transit Safety Education Grants (Close 11/4)

The application deadline for Operation Lifesaver, Inc.’s (OLI) Rail Transit Safety Education Grants has been extended. OLI is a non-profit organization focused on rail safety education to help prevent collisions, injuries and fatalities on and around railroad tracks and highway-rail grade crossings.

The grants are open to transit agencies and government entities with a goal of conducting rail transit safety education and public awareness initiatives. Each grant will award up to $20,000 and require non-federal matching funds of at least 25 percent of project costs.
