Upcoming Leadership Training Program Information Sessions

Please select which information session you would like to attend to learn more about RTAP’s Leadership Training Program (LTP) beginning in January of 2026. Come and get to know the instructors, what to expect, which level is best for you and your team, and ask questions!

• The LTP is a free intensive leadership program designed for Minnesota public transit systems to enhance leadership skills and competencies to advance leadership and management within their organization. The pilot program of the LTP took place in 2020–2021 and was highly rated by transit agencies.
• There are three levels — executive, manager, and supervisor/lead driver — and training will take place in St. Cloud with virtual coaching, peer groups, and light assignments in between sessions.
• Agencies receiving FTA section 5311 or 5307 funding and tribal transit agencies are eligible to attend. Coffee/light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs, but scholarships from RTAP may be available to help with costs.
