New National RTAP Diversity and Inclusion Organizational Assessment

The new National RTAP Diversity and Inclusion Organizational Assessment will help rural and Tribal transit agencies evaluate their diversity and equity behaviors in the following areas: foundation, leadership, service delivery, communication, and performance. This self-assessment tool is meant to facilitate reflective conversations around “How we are doing?” and “What we could be doing.” It is meant to springboard assessment conversations toward meaningful and continuous action and inspire mindfulness and responsiveness.
