NOW AVAILABLE: Calendar Year 2023 FTA Drug & Alcohol Compliance Program Testing Rates

Today, FTA published a notice in the Federal Register to announce the calendar year 2023 drug and alcohol random testing rates for transit agency employers. The minimum random drug testing rate will remain at 50 percent, and the random alcohol testing rate will remain at 10 percent.
