FTA’s new Procurement Cost and Price Analysis – Regulations and Best Practices e-learning course is now available! The course provides recipients with an understanding of the fundamentals and best practices for procurement cost and price analysis. The lessons from this e-learning course can be helpful for FTA recipients in mitigating procurement findings during State Management and Triennial Reviews.
