The Transit Workforce Center (TWC) is hosting a webinar to discuss the best practices in strategic workforce planning. Speakers representing a range of industry stakeholders will present experiences and perspectives on creating effective strategic workforce development plans.
The TWC is the first FTA-funded technical assistance center to focus on public transit workforce development. Its mission is to help transit agencies recruit, hire, train, and retain a diverse workforce needed now and in the future.
