FTA’s TAM Program Opens Registration for Three Events (April, May, & July)

FTA’s Transit Asset Management (TAM) staff is encouraging asset managers to attend three events in April, May and July.

Back to the TAM Basics Webinar (April 27)

Register now for FTA’s Back to the TAM Basics webinar on Thursday, April 27 at 2:00 p.m. CT. The webinar will provide an overview of the TAM Rule and the elements that go into the TAM Plan. The intended audience for this webinar is transit agency staff that are new to TAM and those who are seeking a refresher on the TAM Rule requirements.

Discussion Forum on TAM Considerations for Zero-Emission Bus Fleets (May 17)

Apply to participate in TAM’s Peer Program discussion forum on Considerations for Zero-Emission Bus Fleets on May 17 at 1:00 p.m. CT. Attendance is limited to 10 participants; registration closes April 17. The discussion forum aims to bring together staff from different transit agencies to engage virtually on topics beyond TAM requirements to promote peer learning, share peer-designed resources, and collaborate on best practices.

2023 TAM Roundtable (July 9)

Register for FTA’s 2023 Transit Asset Management (TAM) Roundtable on July 9 in Boston. FTA’s 2023 TAM Roundtable is open to public sector employees who are directly involved in managing transit capital assets. Scheduled for July 9, 2023 in Boston, the event will coincide with TRB’s National Conference on Transportation Asset Management. Attendees will join peer learning sessions that focus on how TAM has evolved at agencies and the evolution in strategies and processes.
