Meeting Industry Needs: Stakeholder Engagement Webinars on FTA’s Workforce Development Plan

FTA and the Transit Workforce Center (TWC) invite transit agency leaders and workers and other stakeholders to provide feedback about workforce challenges and solutions at any of three webinars scheduled in early April. The webinars will have identical formats and information. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about and comment on the goals and objectives of FTA’s Workforce Development strategic plan. The Strategic Plan is intended to support, strengthen, and help address the transit industry’s workforce development needs, focusing on:

Workforce Safety
Workforce Investment
Recruitment and Retention
Skills Development and Career Advancement
Workforce Metrics

Please register for one of the three webinars; additional details on the session format will be sent via email to participants before each session.

Tuesday, April 4: 1:00 – 2:30 pm CT
Wednesday, April 5: 2:00 – 3:30 pm CT
Friday, April 7: 2:00 – 1:30 pm
