REMINDER: Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Program Compliance Date—8/20

Under the Notice of Enforcement Discretion for the Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Program (PTSCTP) regulation, applicable State Safety Oversight Agencies (SSOAs) and Rail Transit Agencies (RTAs) have until August 20, 2022 to complete PTSCTP training requirements. FTA will begin taking enforcement action against SSOAs and RTAs subject to the PTSCTP regulation beginning August 21, 2022.
